Shipping Policy
All the pieces are made-to-order, therefore please allow 3-4 business days for processing time.
Depending on the destination, shipping will be:

Belgium
2-4 working days with standard delivery. (without tracking)
1-2 working days with tracking.
If you live in Antwerp and choose Pickup, I'll contact you so you can choose a date that best suits you, when the package is ready.
European Union
4-10 working days with standard delivery. (without tracking)
2-6 working days with tracking.
Rest of the world
4-10 working days with standard delivery. (without tracking)
2-6 working days with tracking.
Returns
Orders can be returned for a full refund of the price of item(s) as long as they are in unworn condition and are posted back within 14 days of receiving the package/item.
The return cost must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.

Shipping delays may occasionally occur.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend choosing tracked shipping.
Miraso Studio is not responsible for delayed or lost packages when standard (untracked) shipping is selected. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Miraso Studio is based in Antwerp, Belgium. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
