Shipping Policy.

Belgium:

2-4 working days with standard delivery. (without tracking)

1-2 working days with tracking.

If you live in Antwerp and choose Pickup, I'll contact you so you can choose a date that best suits you, when the package is ready.

Europe:

4-10 working days with standard delivery. (without tracking)

2-6 working days with tracking.

The rest of the world:

7-12 working days with standard delivery. (without tracking)

6 working days with tracking.

Shipping can take a bit longer because of the huge growth in traffic with packages at the mail office as people order a lot more online the last few years. Delays are possible and normal. If you need your order in a certain time, please choose shipping with tracking.

Miraso Studio is not responsible for delayed delivery and lost in transit packages if you choose standard delivery (shipping without tracking). If your package is lost, please contact us and we will do everything possible to assist you. It is recommended to choose shipping with tracking if you don't live in a neighbouring country of Belgium.

Miraso Studio is based in Antwerp, Belgium. If you live outside of the European Union, please be aware that the shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The customer is responsible for these expenses.

 

Returns.

Orders can be returned for a full refund of the price of item(s) as long as they are in unworn condition and are posted back within 14 days of receiving the package/item.

The return cost must be paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
